The rooms at Genteel Home Cabildo have a cozy living room with a comfy sofa, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Seville. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area allowed us to prepare our own meals, giving us a sense of home away from home. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries provided a great start to our days. We loved that all units are air-conditioned, ensuring our comfort during the warm Seville weather. The apartment that we stayed in had modern amenities like a dishwasher and a kitchenette, making our stay even more convenient. Having a flat-screen TV in all units was a nice touch for some evening entertainment.

Personally, I found the presence of a dishwasher in the apartment a bit unnecessary for my needs.

Elevator broke, had to use stairs.

We had a fantastic stay at a perfect location close to the cathedral. the apartment was spacious, clean, and had superb air-conditioning. It was easy to find and we felt very secure during our stay. the communication with the managing group, especially Rocia, was great. She was helpful and knowledgeable, meeting us promptly when we arrived. Any minor plumbing issues were resolved quickly with little fuss. the property provided an excellent base for us as we settled our son in for his year abroad. Cons: N/A.

The location near the cathedral was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was clean and in a quiet area, making it easy to relax. The air conditioning was superb, which was a relief during the hot days. The communication before our arrival was great, and Rocio, who met us, was friendly and knowledgeable. We felt secure and could easily explore the city on foot.

We got great value for our money with Genteel Home Cabildo. The room was superbly air-conditioned, spacious, and squeaky clean. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the cathedral and easy to get around on foot. The staff, especially Rocia, were helpful and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel breakfast menu could offer more variety.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The apartment was well-equipped and had excellent air conditioning, which was great during the hot weather. the communication with the staff was top-notch - they were always prompt in responding to our messages and were very helpful with any questions we had.

There were a few issues that affected our stay. there was a smell of drains in the apartment, but the customer services team dealt with it swiftly and even offered an alternative apartment or a discount.
